Submitting Reports to the LBRC

The LBRC is interested in reports of sightings of all species currently on the REVIEW LIST .
For reports of unusual sightings of birds not on the Review List, reports can be submitted electronically via this 3x5 card form .

Submission Forms

  • Online Submission Form     
    This is the preferred method of submitting a Rare Bird Report. Included in the form is a link to send attachments via e-mail.
    This form should launch your e-mail program and be sent as the body of an e-mail. Some users have reported problems using it,
    and it will be updated soon. In the meantime, you can do a simple test to see if it will work for you. Simply open the page and hit "send." If your e-mail program
    launches, it should work. If not, try the next option, below.

  • Downloadable LBRC Submission Form in MSWord
    Save this form to your desktop, fill it in and save the changes, and mail it as an attachment to zoiseaux@cox.net

  • Printable Submission Form     
    Please use this form only if the Online Submission Form is unavailable to you.
