5. Time(s) of day when observed: 10:30-10:35 am on 11/18 and 11:30-11:45 am on 11/25

11. Distance to bird(s): 5-12 m

12. Duration of observation: 5-10 minutes

13. Habitat: Live Oaks around moat around Ft. Jackson (upriver side both times)

14. Behavior of bird / circumstances of observation (flying, feeding, resting; include and stress habits used in identification; relate events surrounding observation): Foraging in live oaks in company of Myrtle Warblers, BG Gnatcatchers, and YT Warbler.

Description (include only what was actually seen, not what "should" have been seen; include if possible: total length/relative size compared to other familiar species, body bulk, shape, proportions, bill, eye, leg, and plumage characteristics. Stress features that separate it from similar species): Warbler with bright yellow rump patch and pale yellow throat patch; black streaks on breast and flanks; yellow patches on upper breast next to wings; otherwise white underparts; yellow throat patch clearly separated from face without pale wrap-around characteristic of Myrtle; gray upperparts; plain face with white eye crescents; white wingbars; extensive black wrapping around tail tip; indistinct yellow crown patch

17. Similar species (include how they were eliminated by your observation): Clearly a Yellow-rumped; throat patch, face pattern, and tail tip distinguish it from Myrtle
